The Atrium is an online retreat house offering Soul Care & Embodied Healing.
It exists as a sacred invitation to come away with God and tend to your beautiful soul. Here, space is held for you to show up uniquely human and beloved; noticing your thoughts, welcoming your emotions, listening to the wisdom of your body & the Spirit within.
This is a safe and sacred space to meet God in your humanness and come home to your truest self.
The Atrium (soon to be Milk & Honey Wellness Co.) is a trauma-sensitive environment and its offerings are rooted in Christ's love which sees the beauty around & within you; all are welcome.
"Arise, my darling, my beautiful one and come away with me. See! The winter is past; the rains are over and gone. Flowers appear on the earth; the season of singing has come. Arise, come, my darling; my beautiful one, come with me.”
Song of Songs 2: 10-13
The Atrium offers private Soul Care sessions, Embodied Healing & Sacred Gatherings via Zoom.
Meet Your Guide
Spiritual Director. Yogi. Pastor.
Kate is an advocate for spiritual wellness and embodied healing. Her own journey through trauma, deconstruction, chronic illness & burnout have given her a heart for the human experience. She loves to hold a sacred space for body & soul; two facets of our created being that are largely overlooked by Western Christianity.
Kate is informed by her certifications in Spiritual Direction & Trauma Sensitive Yoga. Her life and ministry is also rooted in Christ, who embodied Love for all- regardless of background, race, gender, sexual orientation, social status, belief or lack thereof. She lives with her husband and daughter near Charleston, SC, and gratefully acknowledges the Kusso people and the enslaved Africans who once stewarded the land she calls home.

Heart & Mission
“May you recognize in your life the presence, power, and light of your soul. May you realize that you are never alone, that your soul in its brightness and belonging connects you intimately with the rhythm of the universe. May you have respect for your individuality and difference. May you realize that the shape of your soul is unique, that you have a special destiny here, that behind the façade of your life there is something beautiful and eternal happening. May you learn to see yourself with the same delight, pride, and expectation with which God sees you in every moment.”
- Ian Morgan Cron, The Road Back to You
